About me!
Hi, I’m Sharn.
Along with the big hair, comes big ideas.
A bit of background about me:
I use my lived experience of being a mixed race man from a council estate in North West London, combined with my professional experience of over 5 years in the mentoring and coaching space.
I have achieved relevant coaching qualifications and I am still continuing to learn and grow.
Why I do what I do
So many different people get missed or overlooked, whether that be because of not having the same opportunities, not being represented in the field they want to go in to or being looked at differently because of their upbringing. I want to give people a chance to be seen and have their authentic voice heard.
I want to help people to achieve dreams and goals that they thought were out of reach…we will get there together!
How I work:
Rapport building is at the heart of everything I do! It’s important that we build a relationship together as you need to trust me before opening up. We continue to build that rapport and then get to work!
I want to be able to build strong, authentic and individual connection with you that caters directly to your needs.
Rapport and building trust is a crucial part of my practice and we work on this throughout our time together!
