How the sessions work:
We come together and create a plan that best suits your goals for the future. I help and guide you to make a step towards the future you want by introducing you to new techniques and tools that support you to achieve your goals. My work includes lots of discussions on what has gone well and what could have been better, so we’re constantly checking in and reflecting on targets and celebrating the small wins, small steps get us to where we want to go!
These sessions will guide and support you to find the tools to answer the big questions you may be carrying:
Where is my life going?
What is my next career step?
How do I manage my time in the best way to prevent burnout?
We can work on topics such as:
- Building self confidence.
- Career direction.
- Conflict with work colleagues.
- Stress management.
I’ll be there every step of the way!
Sessions last for 1 hour and can be delivered on Zoom or in person.
I’m based in North West London, however, I’m happy to deliver sessions outside of this area.
There are lots of ways to ensure you can get the best out of your sessions, some of which are: being present in the sessions, allowing yourself to be vulnerable and it can help, but isn’t essential, to have a topic of discussion prior to the session that we can work on.
These sessions are a place for you to have space for reflection.
